RSVP Bali Hosted Group Trip
Join us on a hosted group trip to Bali, Indonesia April 3-8, 2026. This is the RSVP fee.
Payment plans are offered for this trip. Final payment is due by January 30, 2026.
RSVP fee is non-refundable and does NOT go towards your deposit.
Link to pay your deposit will be sent after the RSVP is paid. Deposit needs to be paid within 15 days of the RSVP.
RSVP fee is non-refundable and includes booking fee, group inclusion, with video chats with other travelers (closer to departure), and a goodie box mailed to you before the trip!
RSVP fee is per person. Deposits are due up to 15 days after RSVP, otherwise your RSVP is invalid.
Cancellation Policy: By paying the RSVP fee and deposit you are agreeing to the following cancellation policy. RSVP fee and Deposit are NON- REFUNDABLE. If trip is cancelled 60-31 days before the trip cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the trip. If trip is cancelled 30-7 days prior to the trip cancellation feed is 75% of the cost of the trip. If you cancel 6 days or less prior to the trip the cancellation fee is 100% of the cost of the trip.
